CONTEXT

Evention (Secure Drop) is a web-based application that utilizes data directly from source systems to provide accounting tools and reports for reconciliation management, automated journal entries for cash/credit activity, and visibility into all aspects of the operation’s cash management processes.

PROBLEM

Clients in the hospitality industry (4-5 star hotels) were having to manually review multiple files and different sources in order to reconcile outstanding transactions.
